Required Experience & Skills:
- Adobe Flex 3
- Minimum 3 Years experience using AS2/3 (expert)
- Experience in using a XML file with Actionscript for configuration of a flash application.
- Minimum 3 years experience .NET and SQL.

Advantageous to your application:
- PHP
- Facebook Application Development
- Experience in the video space
- Experience with optimizing Flash load time via using external flash modules
- Experience with using CSS to style the application
