Freelance developer needed - urgent | Flex Developer forums

Introduction:
I have a requirement for an Adobe Flex 2 developer to complete a Rich Internet Application that has a php/mqsql backend.

The framework and most of the modules have been built and deployed, and I require another developer to complete the project. There are some enchancements to the current project that require completing, as well as the creation of a few new modules.

You must be able to continue to design and enhance the user interface, as well as programme the backend database and code.

I would also welcome suggestions from the programmer as to ways to optimise, streamline and enhance the application, both from a user-interface and database logic point of view.

This is urgent and preference will be given to those who can prove that they can work to tight deadlines and provide extremely professional work. I estimate that the entire project will take 2-3 weeks to complete.

Technical skills:
-Adobe Flex + AS - please do NOT apply for this role unless you have excellent and specific Adobe Flex 2 + AS experience. You WILL be required to show previous work or samples of your experience in this area
-PHP/MYSQL (with amfphp)
-Some accounting knowledge would be a distinct advantage, but is not a prerequisite.

Rate and Bonuses:
The rate is dependant on experience and skill.
Bonuses will be available for excellent work.
This is a freelance role, so you can work from your own office/home, but I will require constant feedback and communication via IM/Skype.
