It really does come down to preference, so I'm going to avoid a debate around which one is better. I'd use PureMVC as I'm more comfortable with it, although Cairngorm is also a credible framework, as it Mate.

PureMVC - http://puremvc.org/
Cairngorm - http://opensource.adobe.com/wiki/display/cairngorm/
Mate - http://mate.asfusion.com/

Please can you stop cross-posting about this? I've already had to merge/move once today, and now I've had to do it again... As you can see, you did get an answer.

There is no "BEST" framework. Just check sites Flexy provided you with, you can find some examples there. See what's suits you well. Every Application Framework asks developer to code in certain style, you might say choice of App Framework is personal =)

I am agree with Nirth . There is no specific rule to use any architechture  it is totally depend on your confortness and understanding .
As per my point of view and experience you should go with Cairngorm . It is good for game application .
