how do i append logs to existing flashlog.txt

Hello,
I have few questions
1.if the flex application runs, its overwrite the existing logs in flashlog.txt.how do i prevent it?
  i want the new logs to be appended into flashlog.txt instead of overwriting...
2.is it possible to append timestamp into the name of flashlog.txt file??eg.flashlog_24/02/10_15:18:14
can any one help me???

gone through the page....but could not find which are the properties do i need to set?have set already
ErrorReportingEnable=1
TraceOutputFileEnable=1

(Set to 0 to clear every time)
