Flash Vs. Silverlight

With the heat recently being turned-up in the battle between Redmond and San Jose, we take an honest look at how the Silverlight platform stands-up against the long established Flash platform.

Can the rule books be rewritten this late in the day? Can Microsoft really achieve the level of ubiquity that Flash offers its users?  How does the heavily hyped new kid on the block look in the cold light of day? What does Silverlight offer that Flash doesn’t, and is there any rationale for learning another platform?

Stepping aside from the politics and mud-slinging, experts from both fields discuss the facts, and try to answer your questions, in a frank and honest forum.

We’ll also be discussing all the goings-on at Adobe MAX in Milan, including the announcements about the Flash Platform and the new Flash Catalyst (Thermo) product.
