Let me begin by explaining what I am trying to accomplish.  I work for a Cable TV company and want to develop a rather simple tool to aid in the design and trouble shooting of system signal levels.  What I have so far is a list on the left that has various devices and types of cable and on the right I have a datagrid.  What I would like to do is be able to drag devices from the left and drop them on the datagrid.  On the datagrid you would see a running total of signal loss based on the previous devices.  I was able to create the drag and drop events and they work just fine.  I just can't find any articles on how to do the rest.  Can somebody help me?

Please post requests for help in one of the help forums. Tutorials is a place where you can post links to examples and tools.

So once you've added a new item to the DataGrid, you want some logic to add all of the values of one of the columns together?
